How To Track

If you place an order as a guest, you cannot log in to our store for order tracking, you can only check the location of the package on the official website of the logistics provider through the package tracking number.

1. Log in to our store to track orders[Guest purchased are not available].

  • Click here to login in your account
  • Click "HISTORY" tabs to display a list of all orders. You will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status.
  • Click on the order number you want to view, you will then be taken to an overview of the order that you have selected.
  • If your order has been fulfilled, you can see the Carrier and Tracking number, click the "Track shipment" link, and you can view the package track on the official website of the logistics provider.
  • This page also shows your billing address and shipping address.

2. Package Tracking[Available to all customers].

All customer's orders will be fulfilled after they are sent out, and the system will send a notification to the email address you saved when placing the order. The email contains the package tracking number and the name of the courier. You can check the current location of your package through the tracking number on the courier website.

Due to the different situations of each logistics provider, the tracking number of some logistics providers may not be available temporarily. When this happens, you can wait for about 3 working days, and the logistics provider will update it after scanning the package.
