Due to COVID-19, we're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 2-3 day delay in processing your orders.
We value quality and sometimes our products are crafted by individuals experienced in hand sewing. This means it takes time to have your order processed and then 1-3 business days to have it shipped out to you.
Before your order is shipped, Yosete has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, Total Delivery Time is different from shipping time alone.

♦ If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the weight of the items, the destination country postal code and the desired shipping method(Standard/Expedited). To check the shipping cost to your country, add the desired items to cart, fill in your address and select the shipping method, you'll see the shipping cost.
We currently offer three shipping methods:
Free Shipping – is FREE on orders over $69 and it takes approximately 8-15 business days to reach you from the time of order. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
Expedited Shipping – This shipping method is the fastest available. Shipping times are between 5 - 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to all major destinations. This shipping method is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Standard Shipping – Standard shipping takes a bit longer than expedited shipping but costs less. Shipping times are between 7 - 11 business days(Monday - Friday) to all major destinations.
1) Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 25 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.
Please note that for each shipment notification email you receive, tracking may not be available for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us to ask for help. Once you get your tracking number from our email, you could learn the status of your parcel by entering our tracking number on the tracking page of the courier's official website.
