RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receipt for most items in new condition .
- 1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- 2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- 3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
- 4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to you by original payment method.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- You have 15 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Yosete products .
- Note:The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
- About Free Shipping :Once the order needs to be refunded, you will no longer enjoy the free shipping activity. When a refund is generated, you need to bear the shipping fee according to the Standard Shipping rate, the refund you receive needs to deduct the shipping cost of the package we shipped out.
- You Provided Wrong Recipient Address:
1).If the package is signed by others or destroyed by the logistics provider, we do not allow refunds and you need to take full responsibility.
2).If the package is finally returned to us, this will incur a re-delivery fee for the logistics return, we will refund you 70% of the item(s) price (shipping cost is non-refundable).
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note:Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
